Counselling & Clinical Psychologist​
Daniel is an endorsed counselling and clinical psychologist focusing on trauma therapy, eating disorder counselling, OCD treatment, low self-esteem help, and behavioural addictions. Trained in a wide range of therapeutic approaches, he primarily utilises Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other trauma-specific modalities. With a compassionate and understanding approach, Daniel creates a safe space for clients to explore their experiences and build self-worth. He empowers his clients to break free from patterns that keep them stuck and to pursue a life of meaning and purpose. He helps clients overcome fear, heal from past abuse, and discover their innate resilience. Daniel understands the complexities of emotional healing and can help you find your path towards a fulfilling life.
